Job summary

Mercy Health Center is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients. You will develop individualized plans of care, perform objective assessments, and supervise therapists and rehab staff under supervision.

Eligibility requires an Oklahoma PT license or eligibility, BLS certification, and 0.5–1 year of rehab experience. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is included and Mercy supports ongoing education and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy or registry eligible.
• BLS certification must be current before independent care.
• Six months to one year of rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Experience with adult and geriatric patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for adults and geriatrics.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and supervise rehabilitation technicians; oversee PT assistants per Oklahoma Act.
• Adhere to Mercy mission, values, and service standards in care delivery.
