One to One Health in South Lake Tahoe is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our care team located at Caesars Republic/Harrahs. This role focuses on delivering rehabilitative, patient-centered care and involves evaluating and treating musculoskeletal conditions.

The ideal candidate should have a DPT, an active state PT license, and a commitment to clinical excellence while building meaningful patient relationships.

Formación

• DPT from an accredited program is required.
• Must have active state PT license or eligibility.
• CPR/BLS certification mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions (exercise, manual therapy, modalities).
• Monitor progress and adjust plans based on clinical response.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards.
