Job summary

Mission Healthcare in Monterey, CA, is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist (Home Health) to evaluate and treat patients in their homes and develop personalized treatment plans. You will implement therapeutic exercises, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

Requirements include an active PT license, a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, at least 1 year of home health experience, and current BLS CPR; a valid driver's

Responsibilities

• Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility, strength, and coordination.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety precautions, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

Pay range: Starting at $75/hour, depending on experience! $10K Sign-On!

Schedule/Shift: Full-Time (Mon-Fri)

Territory/Location: Monterey County
