• Phsyical Therapist license required.

• Open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan (manual therapy, ambulation, exercises, modalities, wound care).
• Provide counseling to patients and families regarding physical disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries compliant with regulatory requirements.
