Flagship Therapy in Olathe, KS is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist for our in-house rehab program. The role involves evaluating patients, delivering skilled physical therapy, and coordinating care in a post-acute setting.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license is required.
• Open to PTs at all experience levels; new grads are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients and develop care plans.
• Provide rehabilitative, medically necessary treatment in line with clinical standards.
• Assist with standing, walking, and occasional lifting of patients and equipment.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and caregivers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries compliant with regulatory requirements.
