The Rehabilitation Center of Sandalwood in Wheat Ridge, CO is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist for our in-house rehab program, offering post-acute and geriatric services within a stable, caring team focused on recovery.

You will conduct screenings and evaluations, deliver therapeutic interventions, assist with wound care, and generate discharge summaries while aligning with CAPLICO values. New grads are welcome, license required, and a supportive environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license.
• Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments.
• Perform procedures as part of rehab plans, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation to patients, families, and other providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries in compliance with regulations and clinical requirements.
