Qualifications

• Must hold an active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Ohio.
• Experience with electronic health record systems preferred.
• Previous experience in physical therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Knowledge of patient rights and HIPAA.
• Ability to work in a team and promote a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Physical Therapist to provide patient care and implement treatment plans.
• Schedule patient treatments, clinical visits, and billing documentation as required.
• Maintain updated documentation in the EHR for all treated patients.
• Participate in clinic care and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor patient response and progress, consulting with the team for modifications.
