Job summary

Mountain View Rehabilitation and Senior Living Center in Coal Township, PA seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time role. Join a compassionate rehab team dedicated to improving residents' independence and quality of life.

New grads welcome; you will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with PTs, SLPs, nursing, and other clinicians while documenting care in Net Health and PCC.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, positive, resident-centered approach to care.
• New graduates encouraged to apply; SNF/LTC experience welcomed.
• Familiarity with Net Health and PCC is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide skilled OT services focused on ADLs, upper-extremity function, coordination and mobility.
• Help residents achieve independence and improve quality of life.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nursing staff and other clinicians.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to meet goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Net Health and PCC.
