Job summary

Golden Acres Living & Rehabilitation Center in Dallas, TX is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist for our in-house rehab program. Conduct screenings, evaluate patients, and develop care plans in a post-acute setting.

Deliver rehabilitative treatments, including manual techniques, gait training, therapeutic exercises, and wound care, adhering to regulatory standards. Open to new grads; CAPLICO values guide our care.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license required.
• Open to all experience levels; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wounds; develop care plans.
• Provide rehabilitative treatments per plan and clinical standards.
• Perform procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, devices, and wound care.
• Counsel patients, families, and caregivers on physical disorders.
• Prepare discharge summaries to ensure regulatory compliance.
