Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license is required.
• Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with physical function disorders and/or wound care; develop care plans adhering to standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary interventions.
• Administer procedures as part of rehabilitation, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, devices, and wound care.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and caregivers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries ensuring regulatory compliance.
