Mustang Park Therapy and Living Center in Carrollton, TX seeks a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house rehab program and deliver skilled therapy to geriatric patients.

Responsibilities include screening and evaluating patients, developing care plans, administering rehabilitation interventions, and documenting discharge summaries. PTAs of all experience levels are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• PTA license is required.
• New grads welcome.
• Open to PTAs at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments.
• Assist with standing, walking, lifting, transferring, and repositioning as needed.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures: manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, devices, wound care.
• Provide counseling to patients and families about physical disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries complying with regulatory requirements.
