Rowlett Health & Rehabilitation in Rowlett, TX is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. You will conduct screening, develop care plans, and deliver rehabilitative interventions in a supportive facility.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license is required.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care, and develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary interventions in accordance with standards.
• Stand and walk throughout the facility; assist with lifting and repositioning as needed.
• Administer procedures including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care.
• Provide counseling to patients and families regarding physical disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.
