Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required.
• Maryland license or eligibility required.
• Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to assess resident needs and develop a comprehensive care plan.

Responsibilities

• Review resident information and assess impact on treatment.
• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized plans.
• Supervise rehab staff and document treatment interventions.
• Complete documentation in residents' medical records after each session.
• Orient residents to services and inform about risks of procedures.
• Collaborate with nursing and families to maximize functional abilities.
