Mount Carmel Health System in Ohio is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide evaluation and treatment of patients referred for physical therapy services. The PT communicates and collaborates with other caregivers to deliver quality care and maintains accurate patient records.

This role requires advanced training and education to treat both female and male patients. You will perform PT evaluations, establish and implement treatment plans, document results, and ensure proper billing.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program; Doctorate preferred.
• Licensure: Current Ohio PT license; BLS for Health Care Provider.
• Experience: One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Skills: Effective communication, judgment, and professional autonomy.
• Ability to travel to other Mount Carmel sites as needed.

Responsabilités

• Performs PT evaluation and develops/tunes treatment plans for referred patients.
• Documents PT evaluations, interventions, progress, and discharge records.
• Maintains proper billing for PT services.
• Delegates to PTA and reviews/ signs their documentation.
• Collaborates with other health care providers on treatment and discharge planning.
