Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs PT evaluation and develops/implements treatment plan.
• Documents evaluation results, treatment, progress, and discharge records.
• Maintains proper billing for PT services.
• Delegates treatments to PTA and reviews co-signs documentation.
• Communicates with health care providers about treatment and discharge planning.
