Evaluate patients through comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide skilled physical therapy services based on patient needs and diagnoses.
Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility strategies, and injury prevention.
Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation.

Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
Relevant clinical education and hands-on experience through an accredited program
Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in Utah
Ability to maintain an active, unrestricted professional license throughout employment
Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain as required by the employer
Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
Additional certifications or specialty training relevant to the position
