Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA/CAPTE-approved program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Current CPR certification from an accredited provider.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation and scheduling.

Responsibilities

Work Environment

This position is located in our well-equipped outpatient office in Red Bank, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with referring physicians.

• Treat a diverse patient base including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine populations, adapting techniques to meet varying needs.

Compensation and Benefits

Monadnock Care Solution Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
