Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, devising tailored treatment plans based on individual needs and anticipated outcomes.
• Administer a variety of therapies—including but not limited to therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training—within an evidence-based framework to facilitate patient recovery.
• Supervise and guide support staff during therapeutic interventions, ensuring optimal care delivery and adherence to safety protocols.
• Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards, utilizing our practice management software to maintain organized records.
• Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers, enabling them to better understand their conditions and participate actively in their recovery.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and contribute ideas for enhancing the quality of services provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population ranges from pediatric to geriatric individuals, encompassing various specialties such as orthopedic rehabilitation, neurologic recovery, pediatric therapy, and sports medicine. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, compliant with Florida's practice regulations.

• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong computer competencies, including familiarity with electronic health records and practice management systems.

Preferred Experience
