Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified physical therapy assistant to join our dynamic team. You will work under the guidance of a physical therapist to support growing patient care and help implement individualized care plans.

You will assist with all phases of physical therapy treatments, monitor patient responses, and communicate with the PT and rehab leadership to ensure consistent, quality outcomes.

Qualifications

In this role, you’ll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
