Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team under the guidance of a Physical Therapist. You will assist in implementing individualized plans of care and help patients achieve functional outcomes through skilled therapy techniques.

As part of the team, you will document patient responses, communicate with the PT, director, rehab staff, and facility personnel, and operate standard physical therapy equipment to support treatment plans.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
