Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of a Physical Therapist, you will assist in treating patients through individualized plans of care and provide ongoing communication with the PT and facility staff.

You will help implement treatment programs and support patients across all phases of therapy. You will contribute to high-quality care, document patient progress, and utilize standard physical therapy

Qualifications

• Qualified physical therapy assistant capable of working under a physical therapist.
• Ability to create and follow individualized care plans.
• Strong communication with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each patient receives quality treatment and achieves functional outcomes.
• Assist in developing and implementing treatment programs under the PT supervision.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy and techniques.
• Discuss treatments with patients and record conditions and responses after each visit.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Physical Therapist, Director/ Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.

As an Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant, working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you’ll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.
