Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of a Physical Therapist, you will contribute to developing and following individualized plans of care to help patients achieve functional outcomes.

You will assist with all phases of physical therapy treatment, document patient responses after each visit, and maintain open communication with the Physical Therapist, director, rehab staff, and facility team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Physical Therapist Assistant
• Under supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Experience implementing treatment plans

• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
