Functional Pathways in Rockville, MD is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join The Village at Rockville Outpatient team. This role focuses on delivering patient-centered, quality care under the guidance of a licensedPT and physician.

As a PTA, you will implement the plan of care, collaborate with therapy colleagues, and ensure compliance with policies while supporting residents across care levels. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for direct applicants.

Job Summary:

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.
