Job summary

The Village at Rockville Outpatient in Rockville, MD is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our therapy team.

This role offers an hourly wage of $45.00 to $52.00, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for direct applicants, and requires an active state license and an accredited PT degree.

You will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions to plans of care under physician supervision, serving residents across care levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and re-evaluate patients and discharge plans; revise plans of care as supervised by the physician.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as needed.
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver individualized, person-centered therapy across care levels.

Job Summary: The Physical Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.
