Functional Pathways is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for The Village at Rockville Outpatient in Rockville, MD. You will evaluate residents across care levels, plan discharge steps, and adjust treatment plans under physician supervision. The role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus for direct hires.

The position requires a PT degree, an active state license, and strong organization and communication skills to collaborate with therapy teams and maintain quality care.

Qualifications

• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.
