Job summary

Friendship Village Sunset Hills in Sunset Hills, MO, is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist to join a resident-centered therapy team. The PT will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge, and revise plans of care under physician supervision.

Candidates should hold a state license with a Doctorate/Master’s/Bachelor’s in physical therapy and demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, including ability to supervise PTAs and follow FP policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate and re-evaluate patients under supervision.
• Discharge planning and revisions to established plans of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Maintain knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
