Otterbein Sunset Village in Sylvania, OH is hiring a Full-time Physical Therapist to join our therapy team. You will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge, and revise plans of care under physician supervision.

The role requires a PT degree, active state license, and strong organizational skills. Candidates should be familiar with FP policies and be able to supervise PTAs. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available for direct applicants.
