Job summary

Functional Pathways is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for Westwood Ridge by Vivie in West St Paul, MN, with coverage across Westwood Ridge and surrounding facilities in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metro area.

You will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plans, and revise care under physician supervision, supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, and help residents regain function and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure; vary by location.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Physical Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license required.

• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
