Kendal at Lexington, located in Lexington, VA, seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our vibrant therapy team. This full-time role focuses on screening, evaluating, and advancing patient care within a collaborative, mission-driven Life Plan Community setting.

Responsibilities include assessing and revising plans of care, supervising physical therapy assistants, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to promote resident wellness and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
