Job summary

Kendal at Lexington in Lexington, VA, is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist to join our therapy team. You will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plans, and revise care in collaboration with physicians; schedule is Monday–Friday.

A $10,000 Sign-On Bonus is offered, with a mission-driven, interdisciplinary environment on an 84-acre Shenandoah Valley campus. Kendal at Lexington provides residents wellness programs and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.
