Job summary

Synergy Care is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our StoneBridge Senior Living team in Conway/Maumelle, Arkansas. This full-time role combines on-site outpatient clinic work with engaging geriatric care in AL/IL community settings.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families to support mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in Oklahoma.
• Passion for working with the geriatric population and improving functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents in AL/IL community and outpatient setting/SNF.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that promote mobility, independence, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional care.
