Synergy Care, Inc. in Russellville, AR, is hiring a Part-Time Physical Therapist to support an outpatient clinic and living community needs. You will provide patient-centered PT services, assessments, and treatment planning for residents in a mixed Independent Living/Assisted Living setting.

The Float role offers flexible scheduling, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and opportunities to advance skills through on-site CEUs and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate (or upcoming graduate within 6 months) of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Eligible for or holding a valid Physical Therapist license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered physical therapy care to residents.
• Evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with care teams in an independent living setting.
