Job Summary

The Physical Therapist will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, develop discharge plans, and revise care plans as supervised by the physician.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure as required by state and national boards.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Functional Pathways policies, procedures, and clinical programs, with application skills to therapy disciplines.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Note: Screening requirements may vary by location.
