Job summary

Adventist Health seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver in-home or facility-based outpatient care, ensuring quality evaluations and applying appropriate treatment protocols. A Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and active licensure in applicable states are required, with CPR/BLS certification also expected.

Candidates must meet post-2016 licensure criteria where applicable and demonstrate commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice. E-Verify applies.
