Job summary

Adventist Health seeks a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy to deliver in-home physical therapy through our home health and hospice agencies across Oregon, California, Hawaii and Washington. This role requires evaluation, planning and execution of therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes.

Applicants must hold a DPT, be licensed in applicable states and comply with AH vaccination policies. CPR/BLS certification is required, with exemptions possible for medical or religious grounds.

Education and Work Experience:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2016; Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attention.
