Job summary

Adventist Health, with home health and hospice agencies across multiple states, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to perform patient evaluations and provide therapy interventions according to established protocols. A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is required, and licensure in the relevant states must be active.

CPR/BLS certification is also required. Vaccination compliance is part of employment policy.

Education and Work Experience:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required
• only if obtained license on or after January 2016
• Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
• Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attention.
• Provides therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques.
