Adventist Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) to plan and conduct segments of treatment programs aimed at restoring physical, social and mental functions. You will serve as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary team and coordinate evaluations, treatment plans, and discharge planning with the care team.
The role requires a DPT, licensure in applicable states, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver's license.
