Job summary

Confluent Health and Physical Therapy Central seek a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality outpatient care in Oklahoma. Earn a $10K signing bonus with a salary range of $80,000–$100,000 annually, plus a strong support network and mentorship.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PT program and licensure in Oklahoma; 1 year of outpatient orthopedics is preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Oklahoma.
• 1 year outpatient orthopedics experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Review patients' medical history and develop treatment plans.
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to reduce pain and improve mobility.
• Educate patients and families about the recovery process.

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 + $10K Signing Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients medical historyUsing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injuryEducating patients and family members about the recovery process associated with physical therapyPhysical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Oklahoma
• 1 Year Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred, new graduates strongly encouraged to apply
• Strong Manual Therapy and Clinical Reasoning Skills.

Requirements
