Job summary

Millennium Health is seeking a Full-Time Female Specimen Collector Phlebotomist located in Kokomo, Indiana. The role involves observed collections of gender-identified female patients and regular duties across specimen collection and processing.

Monday–Friday 9am–5pm with driving between facilities as needed. Ideal candidates are certified phlebotomists with 1+ year experience, strong customer service skills, and a valid license.

Qualifications

• Certified phlebotomist with 1+ year of field experience.
• 6+ months as a specimen collector or 1+ years in medical field supporting patients.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient blood, urine and/or oral fluid specimens.
• Process and package collections for shipping.
• Serve as intermediary between the practice / clinic and the laboratory.
• Record patient information, physician order details, and pertinent laboratory information.
• Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens (when applicable).
• Drive between multiple facilities as needed.
