Job summary

Preferred Primary Care Physicians in Munhall, PA is hiring a Full-Time Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant. The role requires a Phlebotomy Certification or at least 2 years of phlebotomy experience, plus willingness to perform back-office MA duties including rooming patients, taking vitals, injections and triage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduation from an accredited medical assistant program preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience or certification required/strongly preferred.
• 3 years MA experience in a medical practice beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and nurses with patient care and clerical tasks.
• Room patients, record vitals, assist with injections and triage as needed.
• Schedule appointments and manage electronic chart data.
• Maintain exam rooms, stock supplies, and perform delegated duties.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and support back-office duties.
