Patient's Choice in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking an experienced phlebotomist to join our team. You will perform blood draws, comply with labeling standards, and contribute to positive patient experiences in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of phlebotomy experience, a high school diploma, and completes a phlebotomy course if possible. We offer full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years phlebotomy experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a phlebotomy course preferred.

Responsabilités

• Draw blood via venipuncture or capillary sticks, label specimens accurately.
• Perform urinalysis and glucose tolerance tests as required.
• Register patients and ensure correct patient identification.
• Follow HIPAA, safety, and laboratory procedures; report critical results.
