Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician for a full-time position in a collaborative hospital setting, focused on accurate medication handling, patient safety, and efficient dispensing.

You will work under the supervision of a pharmacist, support inventory and records, and contribute to a patient-centered care team that serves the rural community with quality service and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician required.
• 1-3 years of pharmacy technician experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with storing, labeling, packaging, and distributing medications under the supervision of a pharmacist.
• Maintain accurate records for medication handling and patient charging systems.
• Deliver medications and supplies to various hospital departments.
• Support inventory control and restocking processes.
• Participate in departmental safety and emergency drills as needed.
• Work cooperatively with pharmacists, nursing staff, and ancillary departments.
• Uphold hospital values and contribute to a positive patient experience.
