Job summary

APO Pharmacy in Massachusetts is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacy Technician to work in our APO Pharmacy in-house clinic setting. The role supports patient care with prescription orders, cash register duties, and front-end tasks, requiring a proactive customer-service approach.

Qualified candidates will have a HS diploma or GED, Missouri Pharmacy Technician license, and PTCB certification or ability to obtain within 6 months. Two years of retail pharmacy experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Missouri Pharmacy Technician license required.
• PTCB certification or ability to obtain within 6 months (VytlOne will assist).
• 2+ years retail pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take prescription orders.
• Convey empathy and handle customer service issues.
• Operate the cash register by ringing up sales.
• Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked.
• Answer the phone.
• Input customer information into the computer system.
• Perform other job duties as needed.
