Job summary

VytlOne is hiring a Full Time Pharmacy Technician to work at APO Pharmacy, an in-house clinic-based specialty pharmacy in Springfield, Missouri. Candidates must hold a Missouri Pharmacy Technician License and ideally PTCB certification, with at least 2 years in retail pharmacy and strong customer service.

The role includes greeting customers, processing prescriptions, and maintaining the pharmacy area. APO serves underserved populations with HIV/HCV/STI focus; VytlOne offers supportive teamwork

Qualifications

• PTCB certification or ability to obtain within 6 months (VytlOne assists).

Pharmacy Technician - Full Time - APO Pharmacy

About APO

APO is a private not-for-profit organization whose purpose is to provide health services and education to the community with an emphasis on under-served and marginalized populations including, but not limited to, persons living with or at risk for Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), Hepatitis C Virus (HCV), and Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI). The estimated compensation range for this role is $22-24/ hr depending on experience.

Job Duties:

• Greet customers and take prescription orders

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/GED required
• Current Missouri Pharmacy Technician Licenserequired
• Current PTCB Certification or the ability to obtain one within 6 months of employment (VytlOne will assist)
• 2+ years retail pharmacy experienceSensitivity to ability to work with patients from diverse backgrounds is aMUST.
• Computer experience mandatory
• Proven track record of exemplary customer service
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient care
• Ability to operate various pharmacy software programs/equipment proficiently
