Role Description:The Personal Care Assistant is responsible for providing compassionate care and support to individuals needing assistance. This role includes various duties related to personal care, Lighthouse-keeping tasks, medication reminding, mobility support, and helping individuals navigate stairs.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Caregiver, Personal Care Assistant, or similar role.

- Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail and follow care plans accurately.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and compassionate demeanor.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Physical ability to perform the position's duties, including lifting and transferring clients as needed.
