Job summary

PNC in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Full Time Personal Banker at the Foothills Mall Branch to help customers manage their finances and grow wallet share through proactive service and tailored solutions.

Based in Tucson, you will engage customers, educate them on PNC digital tools, and collaborate with partners to deliver a differentiated experience while adhering to risk and regulatory guidelines. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree required plus related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable mix of education and experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience typically required.
• Background in banking products and services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drive client loyalty by delivering a full PNC conversation and identifying solutions.
• Engage in outbound calling, lobby engagements and appointments to grow wallet share.
• Educate customers on managing financial transactions using PNC tools.
• Assist in branch daily operations and manage risk in line with policies.
