Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support PreK–5th grade students in a contract, full-time position near Wilmington, NC. The role runs 39 hours per week from now through the end of the school year.

You will provide individual and group therapy, develop IEPs, conduct comprehensive language assessments, and collaborate with teachers and families to promote student outcomes. CFYs encouraged; start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license (SLP-CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply)
• Experience or interest in school-based, pediatric, and healthcare-related speech services
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to best practices in speech therapy for diverse elementary-age populations
• Ability to start ASAP and remain through the end of school year

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group therapy for PreK-5th grade students
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educational teams
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments
• Compile and maintain organized documentation and progress notes
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student outcomes
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
