Pawn 1st is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The role combines customer service with sales, loans, and other transactions, including working with jewelry and general merchandise while delivering a positive customer experience.

The position offers an hourly wage plus commission based on productivity, with opportunities for growth and benefits described in the perks. Flexibility to work across locations and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to provide financial solutions and process sales and loans.
• Maintain tidy sales floor and display merchandise.
• Handle cash and POS transactions according to policies.
