FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associates for nationwide pawn store locations. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and engage with a diverse range of merchandise including tools, electronics, and jewelry, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Customer service mindset and ability to engage with customers.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and interact with customers to develop rapport and offer financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures as required.
• Keep sales floor clean and merch displayed.
• Process sales and loan transactions per policies and compliance.
• Handle cash and negotiable items according to procedures.
• Answer incoming calls per company standards.
• Explain legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Collaborate with coworkers to deliver positive customer experiences.
• Complete required training and perform other duties as assigned.
