FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for nationwide pawn store locations. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and provide a positive, professional customer experience across jewelry, tools, electronics, and more.

The role offers hourly pay with commission based on personal performance. Candidates must be at least 18, with a High School Diploma or equivalent, and flexible to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, be team-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Work across multiple store locations as needed.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged.
• Operate POS systems and basic office machines.
• Computer literate and able to use common software.
